The Tri-State Conference will pay for 2 referees at each of the mini-tournaments scheduled this spring. Referees will be asked to submit their name, home address and cell phone number to the Conference (Send email to: tobrown@vassar.edu). Any additional referees are the responsibility of the home team.

The Tri-State 7s Championship is fully covered and given every team will participate there will be more than 2 referees.

Athletic Trainers/Medical coverage is the responsibility of the home team except for the Conference Championship when the Conference will absorb that cost – one trainer per field.

This is the first year the Conference has setup 7s events and it has been a response to Covid-19. It is an effort to try and ensure all clubs get games with no forfeits and it was felt that 7s was a way to do this since even if a team could not participate an event would proceed with just less teams.
